Reviews initial quote for installation
Reviews drawings/submittals
Recognizes and eliminates pre-construction mistakes and obstacles
Reviews install packet and requests completed information from appropriate sources
Requests bids from outside install company
Reviews cost and potential pricing on installation options
Determines best company for installation based on project size, location, timing, and customer relationship
Initiates contact with construction company
Initiates contact with customer for pre-install kits
Initiates mount test appointment with customer and service coordinator
Initiates install schedule on the company calendar
Schedules pre-install site visit
Recognizes potential issues, mistakes, obstacles, dilemmas before install company is onsite
Finalizes start date based on site-readiness, and install company availability
Confirms equipment received/delivered to site
Visits install site as appropriate (1x/week)
Receives daily reports from install company
Copies daily reports to appropriate management and staff
Fields calls, questions, and problem-solves as issues arrive on the job
Confirms installation complete

 

  • Consults and trouble shoots for quotes (sales, customer, manufacturer)

  • Consults on technical dilemmas (service, customer)

  • Consults on construction/installation (service, customer, install company)

  • Maintains accurate records, plans, and paper trails for conversations, decision-making, and project coordination

  • In-depth familiarity with JMK product and installation in order to see projects through from conception to completion
